"I have auto and homeowners insurance with State Farm. I love my prices and I love how they will help if you somehow miss a payment. Also I love how I’m greeted when I walk in the office. It’s always someone available to listen. I filed a claim for my laundry room which I felt it was damaged. I had an estimate done and State Farm also sent someone to come out to see if it’s enough damage to file a claim. Well the decision was it would be best to pay out of pocket because the deductible is $2,500 so I fixed everything myself. Now on the other hand I’m disappointed that my mother roof has been damaged for a while . She filed a claim twice which was determined the same denial. Her roof is leaking inside her home and the ceiling has water damage. But State Farm sent someone to invest. Sorry to say he said the shingles were in good tact. If the roof has water damage in the ceiling and if the roof looks as if it’s about to fall any moment something isn’t right. Doesn’t matter if shingles are in tact. As far as Masey she’s a sweetheart she took the time to present paperwork explaining my mother’s claim. I just feel as if we pay homeowners insurance we should be able to get things fixed. I’m not an adjuster so I don’t know, but I made a great choice with State Farm. I’m not trying to say bad things I just wanted to make an statement about homeowners claims"
